Topics concerning the [Official] tag, gives the topics owner official rights over the certain content placed in the topic.
Meaning that user is authorized to handle that topic and anything under the topics category. If by chance there is another topic with the same content of an Official topic, please pm a GM/Admin to get that topic closed and removed.

To get a topic authorized, just request it by pm'ing a GM, or Admin.
